2. Merchant of Record (Crucial for Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns. By placing an order, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions and privacy policy.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Automa Bd's website for personal or commercial use, strictly according to your selected subscription plan.

  • You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
  • You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you choose.

Refunds: All purchases are subject to our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Refund requests can be sent to support@automa-bd.com or via paddle.net.

Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or via Paddle’s support.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Automa Bd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
